This property was an alteration. Substantial parts of the house required rebuilding. The property is now transformed into a very functional house with drive-on acces. Even the sea views are enhanced.

It is difficult to achieve a combination of good views and shelter from the wind but this is a feature of this property. 

The ducted under floor heat pump system has also been a very sucessful installation.
