Strait Construction turned two warehouse buildings into a multi unit retail development. This project included:

• staged handover targets for multiple tenancy fit-out programmes 
• extensive carparking and alterations to roading at the entrance to the project.
• certificate of public use for tenancies that were occupied prior to completion
• constant communication with Porirua City Council building inspectors.

The development was fully leased and sold to an investor shortly after completion.
