This property was constructed as a spec building and had ongoing window and water-entry problems. The work was a complete exterior make over excluding the roof.
- All windows were replaced with commercial double glazed solutions on concrete nibs rather than the domestic windows on timber upstands used previously.
- A restricted mobility lift was installed in the building during the course of the project.
- The building remained fully operational during this project
- Restrictions on time of noisy work etc to minimise the impact on the occupants.
