This property was constructed as a spec building and had ongoing window and water-entry problems. The work was a complete exterior make over excluding the roof.
All windows were replaced with commercial double glazed solutions on concrete nibs rather than the domestic windows on timber upstands used previously.
A restricted mobility lift was installed in the building during the course of the project.
The building remained fully operational during this project
Restrictions on time of noisy work etc to minimise the impact on the occupants.
