Strait Construction completed this extension and alteration / refurbishment project for the Te Kohanga Reo National Trust General construction included Slab on grade Foundation, Timber framed walls and roof to the extension. Alterations to the interior wall’s new windows and doors new color steel cladding and profiled metal roofing and new interior linings where required. The architects managed to make a vibrant and welcoming interior for this project through use of colour and pattern which will ensure it performs its function for many years to come.
