Parumoana Street Retail Conversion
Strait Construction turned two warehouse buildings into a multi unit retail development. This project included:
staged handover targets for multiple tenancy fit-out programmes
extensive carparking and alterations to roading at the entrance to the project.
certificate of public use for tenancies that were occupied prior to completion
constant communication with Porirua City Council building inspectors.
The development was fully leased and sold to an investor shortly after completion.
