Strait Construction completed the façade refurbishment of Capital Apartments on Oriental Parade. Strait Construction worked with Aurecon, CCM and Capital Apartments body corporate in a collaborative relationship which saw the entire project completed while the building was occupied. Owners and tenants are very happy with the process and the result.
